The non-affiliates in China’s Political Party System: how to play a role?

This article examines the role of prominent individuals unaffiliated to any parties (Non-affiliates) in China’s political party system. It also investigates historical formation non-affiliates Chinese revolutionary history. Through nation-wide regulations and results a case study at city level, analyzes present systems mechanisms guaranteeing functioning non-affiliates, as well obstacles they face. Our suggest that recognition uniqueness system is prerequisite for stimulation their role.
